The brand of the retail division of Globalia dedicated to business travel, has a Net Promoter Score (NPS, which measures the loyalty of a company's customers based on the recommendations) of 32,7%, which in the words of the report itself "makes clear the great service it offers".
On a scale of 1 to 10, 87,2% of the opinions of Globalia Corporate Travel customers are concentrated between the remarkable and the outstanding (from 7 to 10). Another group company, Globalia Meetings and Events, has an NPS of 28,8%, which the authors of the study value as “a very positive fact”.
The study, focused on the tourism segments of corporate travel, meetings, congresses and incentives, has been carried out from 787 surveys through an online form. Its purpose is to understand the behavior, preferences and valuations of companies of all sizes, sectors and autonomous communities.
71% of respondents believe that customer service is an important criterion when choosing a corporate travel agency, not much below the price (85%). The level of digitization is no longer considered an added value, it is indispensable. Yes others stand out, such as customer service and the level of customization.
