Offer personalized attention, adapted to the needs of each client, maintaining direct contact.

Continuously improve our processes progressively increasing their effectiveness.

For this, the Directorate will promote the integration of the entire team that makes up the company, so that they contribute their professionalism and daily effort by taking an active part in this policy; and will provide the necessary means to ensure that the needs and expectations of all customers are known at all times and the necessary mechanisms for compliance are established.

Our company, Globalia Corporate Travel, Falcon Travel and Ecuador Travel Aware of the importance of the environment and that its productive activities may alter it, it undertakes to comply with and transmit the principles that constitute its Environmental Policy among the departments included in the scope of the system.
